Goddess Glow Guarantee

Here at Invoke Goddesstry Beautique we want you to always look your best, thus we need our pieces to always look their best, so we offer a courtesy 9 month Goddess Glow Guarantee. This guarantee covers you if there is any damage or breakage to your Invoke Goddesstry Beautique purchase caused by manufacturing defects, beyond normal wear and tear. The foregoing Goddess Glow Guarantee is available only to the person who purchased the covered product from Invoke Goddesstry Beautique. Please read this information carefully and contact us if you have any questions. 

To claim your Goddess Glow Guarantee contact us at goddesssupport@invokegoddesstry.com or using any method on our contact us page. Please include your order number, the email associated with your Goddess Rewards account (a rewards account is necessary to file a claim), photos of the damage and a brief description on how the damage happened. This is to access if the damage or breakage can be repaired.

Once your claim is approved you will then ship your earrings via First Class with USPS, be sure to have the cost of postage printed on your package. This is the only cost that you will need to pay to have your accessory repair and it is then credited to your rewards account to be used for a discount on future purchases. ***Please note packages without postage displayed will receive 13 G.Diamonds which is equivalent to a $2.50 credit, no exceptions.*** If we are unable to repair your pieces you would be given a 15% discount towards the purchase of another pair.

Invoke Goddesstry Beautique takes pride in everything we do and always aim to put products that Goddesses like yourself would find worthy, however we want to make sure you're covered if any of our items are less than perfect! All of the below circumstances are covered by the Goddess Glow Guarantee when there is no evidences of damage caused by any of the reasons listed here.

Damages Covered by our Glow Goddess Guarantee:

• Damage to the jump ring hole of any of our pieces.
• The separation of your earring post from your clay pieces. 
• The separation of your hook and jump ring from your pieces.
• The snapping of any of your clay earrings.
• The separation of resin from your clay earrings

Please note: Damages other than the above may be deemed covered under the Goddess Glow Guarantee after the full assessment of the circumstances surrounding the damage. Such decisions shall be made at the sole reasonable discretion of Invoke Goddesstry Beautique.  

If unfortunately, you did damage one of your pieces and it is not covered by the Goddess Glow Guarantee we can fix it for you for a small fee and you would be responsible for shipping both ways. We do however give you G.Diamonds equivalent to both shipping costs. Details below. 

Some examples of damages NOT covered by our Goddess Glow Guarantee:

• Hooks or jump rings breaking completely due to twisting or bending of your pieces.

• The bending, breakage or warping of any of our resin earrings. Due to the durability of resin, and the products and processes we use Invoke Goddesstry Beautique is unable to accept fault in the breakage of our resin jewelry. Resin is a very durable material. 

If you would like damages repaired but it is not covered by the Goddess Glow Guarantee, there is a $5.55 fee for each pair. You will also need to cover the shipping cost both ways to send and receive your piece(s). Only the cost of your shipping will be refunded in the form of G.Diamonds to your Goddess Rewards Account. To begin this process contact us at goddesssupport@invokegoddesstry.com or using any method on our contact us page, with your order number, the email associated with your Goddess Rewards account (a rewards account is necessary to receive your refund), photos of the damage and a brief description on how the damage happened. This is to access the situation and make sure repair is possible.
